中国红酒为什么不好喝？
我是个红酒爱好者，于是掺和进了老苗负责制作的那期葡萄酒专刊。读完后我觉得这期做得挺好，除了有些文章软宣的味道太浓之外，大部分文章都有可读性，起码让我长了不少知识。
红酒和茶道、咖啡、音响和摄影等等嗜好很像，既能让人玩物丧志，又有足够多的细碎知识能让人沉溺其中。最重要的是，这类嗜好没有绝对标准，谁也别想用科学根据说服别人，所以争论起来就没边了，特别适合发展成为一种不良嗜好，借以自我陶醉。
葡萄酒属于舶来品，对中国城市小资的吸引力很大。但是中国的葡萄酒基础差，懂酒的人真不多。比如这期杂志的封面图片，用的就是用来吃的葡萄，而不是用来酿酒的葡萄，这是有区别地。
我是在加州的纳帕谷中了红酒的毒，至今不能自拔，因此我一直喜欢喝所谓“新世界”（美洲和澳洲）的酒，喜欢那种浓烈的味道，不喜欢旧世界（欧洲）酒那种磨磨唧唧的感觉。看完这本专刊，我终于明白为什么中国人更多地喜欢欧洲酒了，因为欧洲酒是用来藏的，因此也就更有投资价值。
我这次采访的是骏德酒业的品酒师黄山，她教会了我很多关于葡萄酒的知识，真的非常感谢她。
黄山解开了我心中一个谜团，为什么国产红酒那么难喝呢？国产廉价红酒里面只有长城勉强可以入口，其余的都很差。上次出差云南时我喝了云南红，妈呀，那是葡萄酒吗？
我原来以为，中国人模仿能力那么强，难道就酿不出物美价廉的红酒吗？听了她的介绍，我发觉还真不行。根据她的说法，国产红酒有以下6个问题：
1，葡萄藤一般需要7年以上才能产出高质量的葡萄。很多中国酒庄都是新开业的，往往第一年采摘的葡萄就拿来酿酒了，质量自然好不了。
2，中国红酒添加剂的规定不严格，酒商瞎掺。
3，国产红酒销售量是产量的3倍，很多廉价红酒都是拿进口散装酒勾兑出来的。
4，国产红酒对年份的规定也不严格，厂家瞎标。
5，国产红酒对品种的标识规定也不严格，很多酒标着梅洛，但其实里面什么葡萄都有。
6，中国酒庄急于盈利，葡萄产量过大，而真正好的酒庄都是严格控制产量的，只有这样才能保证品质。
黄山还告诉我，以前红酒市场的价格是随着年份的不同而有高有低，但自从中国（以及东南亚和西亚市场）兴旺之后，红酒的价格就再也不波动了，而是直线上升。
以后谁再敢说中国没有输出自己的价值观，我跟谁急。
